I've met many swee...It is horribly frustrating. I've met many sweet little dogs, it's true, and Ebon has had some small breed friends. Unfortunately, though, it seems like this sort of situation is all too frequent. It's worst when there isn't a lot of room and the owner of the other dog doesn't have the dog under control at all.
